Hi, it’s me. In case we haven’t met yet, allow me to formally introduce myself. I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for the “unfixable” cases; for the folks that puzzle doctors and have a tough time navigating the healthcare system. In our overly compartmentalized medical model, I love to look at the big picture; I want to help my “complex”, “chronic”, and otherwise underserved patients navigate the maze and find a long-term plan for long-term management and maintenance. Because hopefully, you get to live in your body for a long time. And you deserve to live comfortably.

If you want to get personal… I’m a generational daughter of Northern New Mexico and VERY proud of it! I grew up in Santa Fe and was privileged to make my home in Taos in 2019. I ran away from home after I graduated high school (go Horsemen!) in 2005 and got my undergraduate and graduate degrees at Regis University in Denver CO. I met my sweetheart in Denver, and my baby boy was born there too. I also spent 10+ years in the restaurant industry in Denver, so don’t get me going about that unless you ever want me to stop talking.

My interests include nerding out about, well, pretty much anything that piques my interest on any given day, gardening (badly), playing with my hijito and my dog, sitting in nature (can’t hike like I used to, thanks COVID!), and researching my genealogy.
